தன் பதவியில் செயல்திறம் உடையவன் நிர்வாகத்திற்கு வேண்டியவனாக இருக்க, அவனை ஒழிக்க எண்ணிக் கோள் மூட்டுவார் சொல்லை நிர்வாகம் கேட்குமானால் அந்த நிர்வாகத்தை விட்டுச் செல்வத் திருமகள் நீக்குவான்.
